Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique) is based in the premise that
the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s
energy system. This disruption prevents the flow of energy needed to
maintain health and well-being. Similar to acupuncture but without
the use of needles, EFT stimulates the endpoints of the pathways
through which our energy flows (called meridians), through finger
tapping. Healing takes place as the energy flows unhindered.
In this day-long workshop, you will:
- Learn the EFT tapping technique
- Learn how to apply it to yourself and others
- Practice the technique with others and on yourself

with Rose Bohn, MFA, HHP, Usui Reiki Master
Reiki is a holistic, natural, hands-on healing system, thousands
of years old, that touches the Reiki giver and receiver on all
levels: body, mind and spirit. The word REIKI (pronounced ray-key)
is Japanese for "Universal Life Force Energy," the energy all around
us. It is a gentle, non-invasive technique to restore balance to the
body's functioning, and treatment can be done by itself or with
other bodywork. It accelerates and enhances the normal healing
processes of the body and mind. Reiki supports the body's natural
ability to heal itself; relieves pain; promotes a state of
relaxation; vitalizes the body and soul; cleanses the body of
toxins; strengthens the immune system and promotes creativity.
In Level I, students will be attuned to Reiki and learn a complete
treatment. In Level II, students will be attuned to send distance
Reiki, enhance their Reiki flow, deepen their awareness of the
healer self and develop community around that.
