CranioSacral
Therapy
This gentle,
hands-on technique helps detect and correct imbalances in the craniosacral
system, which consists of the membranes and fluid that surround and
protect the brain and spinal cord. It has been shown to be effective
in a wide range of medical probelms, including headaches, neck and back
pain, TMJ, dysfunction, chronic fatigue, hyperactivity, ADD, depression,
central nervous system disorders, and many others. Clients are fully

Shiatsu
Massage
Shiatsu is
Japanese for "finger pressure" and it is a form of Eastern
bodywork that seeks wellness and balance by freeing the body's own life
force energy (chi or ki). Through relaxed palm, thumb, and finger
pressure applied at various points on the body, clients' own innate
healing ability is stimulated. This results in increased flexibility
and range of
motion while
assisting the bodies alignment and structural integrity. It also
improves
circulation
and neurological function. Clients
are fully clothed for the session, which may also include gentle
stretching.
One hour
session $60/One and a half hour
session $85
Jin
Shin
Jyutsu
Jin
Shin Jyutsu is an art for harmonizing the life energies of the body to
promote health, vitality, and a sense of well-being. It is a gentle
art, practiced by placing the fingertips on specific areas of the body
(over the clothing) to harmonize and restore the energy flow.

Zero Balancing
A
hands-on body/mind system of therapy that balances the relationship of
energy and structure within the bones and tissues of the body. ZB
uses energy movement to integrate Western medical science with Eastern
energy healing traditions into an original, practical and coherent
bodywork skill. Based on principles of nature, ZB promotes internal
balance and harmony through the use of informed, skilled touch. Many
people initially seek ZB to relieve symptoms but continue receiving
sessions as their quality of life improves.
Client is fully clothed.
